The HMRP-IV covers 20 hill districts (Khotang, Okhaldgunga, Dolkha, Ramechhap, Kavre, Sindhupalchowk, Dhading, Baglung, Syangja, Palpa, Gulmi, Jajarkot, Surkhet, Dailekh, Kalikot, Dadeldhura, Doti, Aacham, Bajhang, and Baitadi) of Nepal. The project in this phase has established five clusters to increase the HMRP’s presence in the field level, enhance monitoring, and ensure timely flow of information and technical support to the project beneficiaries and partners through its Cluster Agronomists.
